Ingredients
- Roll of Pillsbury refrigerator sugar cookies
- 3/4 cup strawberry preserves
- 1 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Slice roll of cookie dough into 1/4" slices. Place in bottom of 9x13 pan.
Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes, until light brown.
Gently spread with strawberry preserves.
In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, egg and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour over preserves, spreading to edges.
Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
Cut into 12 to 24 squares
