Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 tea salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tea garlic powder
- 1/8 tea oregano
- 1/2 small bay leaf
- 1 can or 1 pound tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup minute rice or 3/4 cup regular rice
- grated cheese
- sliced olives

Preparation
Step 1
Brown and simmer the first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes.
Add next 7 ingredients to pan. Put all into a casserole dish and top with grated cheese and sliced olives.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
This recipe was always doubled.
