Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 cups milk
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp butter

Preparation
Step 1
Stir first 5 ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Add vanilla and butter.
Pour into a pre-baked pie crust.
If using as pudding, pour directly into bowls while hot.
Note: Do not stir after it cools. It will break down and won't set up.
