Ingredients

  • For cinnamon rolls:
  • 1-2/3 cup-less 1/2 oz-milk
  • 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 2-1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp powdered milk
  • 3-3/4 tsp yeast
  • 5 cups flour (Better for Bread)
  • tub margarine
  • cinnamon
  • brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Put milk and margarine in microwave and warm until margarine is melted.

Put all ingredients in bread machine in order as directed by manufacturer and set machine to dough setting. As soon as dough cycle is complete, pinch off and forn into rolls. Cover with towel and let rise for an hour. Bake at 380 for 14-15 minutes.

To bake as a loaf:
Choose bread setting instead of dough setting.

To make cinnamon rolls:
After dough cycle is complete, roll out dough into 12x18 inch rectangle on floured surface. Spread with soft margarine to cover surgace. Sprinkle liberally with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll into pinwheel type long loaf and cut into 1-1/2 inch rolls. Place unto greased pan and let rise about an hour. Bake at 380 until tops are lightly browned, about 17 minutes. After baking, frost with glaze of your choice if desired!
