tablespoon coarse sea (or kosher salt)
pounds large shrimp - (to 2) peeled, deveined, rinsed, and drained
Mince garlic with salt mix with cayenne and paprika, then make into a paste with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss in the shrimp and marinate them for a couple of hours.
Preheat your grill to be sure of a high heat level and cook the shrimp for around two minutes per side or until they turn pink.
Serve as an appetizer or main course and garnish with plenty of fresh lemon slices.
