Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or venison
- garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- spike
- 1 tbs flour
- 1 lg onion cliced
- 6 med carrots, sliced
- 4 med potatoes sliced
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 c. green peas or corn

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and season to taste. Place in crockpot. Layer remaining ingredient in order over the meat. Add 1 1/2 cups water. Stir once. Cover; cook on low for 4-5 hours. Add green peas or corn and adjust seasoning the last hour of cooking.
