Peel back husks; remove corn silk. Bring husks up and tie with kitchen string. Soak corn in cold water for 30 minutes.
Beat remaining ingredients together until smooth; set aside.
Grill corn over medium heat for 25 minutes or until corn is tender, turning often. Remove husks. Serve with butter mixture.
