- 1/4 tsp chopped chiles
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup usukuchi (light soy sauce)
- 2 tbsp grapeseed or other neutral oil
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- ground black pepper
