A crisp, Mediterranean inspired salad with a flavor-filled dressing.
cup Newman's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
cup Bertolli's Extra Light Olive Oil
heaping TB fresh basil, chopped
tsp freshly ground salt
Mesclun mix of greens
Dressing:
Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Let sit for an hour to develop the flavors.
Salad:
Chill serving plates.
Add lettuce and as much of other ingredients as you want.
Pour dressing over top.
