Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup Newman's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Bertolli's Extra Light Olive Oil
- 4 TB lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tsp dried oregano
- 2 heaping TB fresh basil, chopped
- 2 TB red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- Salad:
- Mesclun mix of greens
- tomato, sliced
- green pepper, sliced
- cucumber, sliced
- olives
- red onion, chopped
- sprouts
- Feta cheese
- peperoncini

Preparation
Step 1
Dressing:
Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Let sit for an hour to develop the flavors.
Salad:
Chill serving plates.
Add lettuce and as much of other ingredients as you want.
Pour dressing over top.
