Variation:
Prepare substituting pesto for the salsa. Top with ¼ cup each chopped black olives, sun-dried tomatoes and red onions instead of the tomatoes, peppers and green onions.
Make Ahead:
Prepare as directed. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
MIX cream cheese, sour cream and dressing. Spread onto serving plate.
TOP with all remaining ingredients except crackers. Serve with crackers.
