Quick and tasty breakfast muffin using Bisquick.
Yield: 12 muffins
cup chopped nts, optional
tablespoons butter,melted
1. Heat oven to 450.
2. Line 12 medium muffin cups with liners. Mix granulated sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon in small bowl, set aside.
3. Mix remaining ingredients except butter with a fork till moistened. Divide batter among muffin cups.
4. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Immediately remove from muffin cups. While warm, dip tops into melted butter, then into cinnamon-sugar mixture.
