Ingredients
- 1 package dry yeast
- 1 C + 2 TB warm water
- 2 TB vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3 C sifted flour

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl soften yeast in 2 TB warm water for a few mintues. Add the remaining water, salt and sugar. Add 1 cup of flour. Mix with a whisk until smooth. Add the remaining flour and knead for a few minutes. Cover and put in a warm place to double in bulk. Punch down and press dough firmly onto baking stone or greased pan.
