    sheet Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil (18" by 24")

     
  •  1

    pound whole fresh mushrooms quartered

     
  •  ½

    cup sliced green onions

     
  •  2

    teaspoons minced garlic

     
  •  ½

    teaspoon salt

     
  •  ⅛

    teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper

     

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Center vegetables on sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Sprinkle with seasonings. Stir to blend. Dot with margarine.

Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form one foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet.

Grill 16 to 18 minutes on medium-high in covered grill. Serve as a topping for grilled steaks or hamburgers.
