cups fat-reduced mayo
garlic clove, peeled and crushed
1. Snap tough ends off asparagus. Peel stalks, if desired.
2. In a large skillet, bring about1— inch of water to boiling. Add asparagus and simmer, uncovered, until barely tender, about 4–5 minutes. Drain and dunk into ice water until cold; drain,cover and chill until serving.
3.Meanwhile, combine well all remaining ingredients in mediun mixing bowl. Transfer to serving bowl, serve asparagus spearss or cover and chill until serving.
