Chipotle Smashed Sweet Potatoes
Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 30 mins
Yield: 4 servings
>put cubed potatoes into steamer basket and place steamer into a large pot of simmering water ~3" from water
>allow to steam for 20 mins until potatoes are fork tender
>add butter to potatoes and mash w/ potato masher
>add peppers,sauce,and salt and continue mashing to combine
>serve immediately
