Filing -
pks (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
egg yolks + 5 eggs
Crust – Blend together and line 10" spring foam pan. Bake 12 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden.
Cool slightly and pour filling into crust and bake 12 minutes at 450 degrees – then 35 minutes at 300 degrees and let stand in oven with door closed for ½ hour after turning oven off.
