Yield: 12 servings
package frozen Southern-style hash brown potatoes (32 oz), thawed
container Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream (16 oz)
package Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese (8 oz)
can condensed cream of chicken soup (10 ¾ oz)
cup chopped roasted red peppers
cup Di Giorno Grated Parmesan Cheese
Mix potatoes, sour cream, feta cheese, soup and peppers in large bowl. Spoon into greased 13— by 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over potato mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Stir before serving.
This recipe yields 12 to 16 servings.
Variations: Substitute 1 package (8-oz) Athenos Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb or Basil & Tomato.
