Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.

Variations: Add 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained. Add ¼ cup sliced green onions. Add ¾ cup chopped ham.
