The easiest fruit tart ever with only 4 ingredients!! Tasty, to boot!
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt 2 sticks butter.
Stir together 3 cups flour and ½ cup sugar in bowl. Pour in melted butter and mix until cookie dough consistency.
Place about ½ to ⅔ of the mixture on the botom of a springform pan and slightly up the sides.
Add any type of pie filling you like;spead almost to edges. Crumble the rest of the mixture on top.
Bake for 40–50 minutes until lightly browned on top. Cool a bit and gently remove springform pan.
Dust with confectioners sugar if desired.
I like to serve warm with vanila ice cream on top..
