Yield: 4 servings
Boil potatoes, cool and slice
Fry bacon add onions. Cook to soften
Put half sliced put in greased casserole
Cover with half onion and bacon mixture
Add more potato and then rest of bacon and onion
Put cheese on top – just half it
Cook in hot oven for about half and hour
can add mushrooms and/ or a glass of white wine
