Eggs
Tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter
Tablespoons Unsweetened Applesauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
In a small mixing bowl, beat the eggs, yogurt, peanut butter, and applesauce until smooth.
Stir into the dry ingredients until moistened.
Place ⅛ cup of mixture into a muffin cup.
Drop 1 teaspoon of Jelly into the middle of each cup.
Top with another ⅛ cup of batter.
Bake 14–16 minutes or until golden brown.
