Orange Cauliflower with lemonaise

Ingredients
- 1/2 orange-colored cauliflower
- salt
- 1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 2 T lemon juice
- tamari to taste
- 1 clove garlic, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
Remove the leaves, stem and core from the cauliflower. Cut in half and set aside half for another purpose.
Bring a saucepan of filtered water to a rolling boil. Add 2 t. salt.
Cut the cauliflower into bite-size florets.
Add to the boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.
Drain.
Make the sauce:
Mix the mayo, lemon juice, tamari and garlic in a small bowl.
Serve the cauliflower with the sauce on the side.
