Ingredients

• Topping:
• 6 c. cooked sweet potatoes
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/4 c. milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 stick melted butter
• 1/3 c. flour
• 1 tsp freshly grated orange zest
• 2 tbs fresh orange juice
• 1 c. chopped pecans
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 4 tbs melted butter
• 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sweet potatoes and next 8 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish.
Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake 40 minutes
