I choose to be vegan, and am allergic to gluten and soy. My diet may seem limited, but I enjoy cooking, baking, and eating plenty of wonderful foods. I cook with fresh, healthy ingredients, and since I’ve been cooking for over 20 years, consider myself an expert (except for the gluten free baking!) I have a son in college with a monstrous appetite and we have dinner together every Sunday. I work fulltime in a downtown office and cooking is my relaxation.
