Ingredients

  • 2 Pkgs of stew beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 can cream of celery
  • 1 [80z] Jar or can of mushrooms
  • 1 pkg of onion soup mix
  • 1 onion chopped
  • pepper
  • 8 oz of sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Before serving add 8 oz of sour cream

cook on low for 8 hrs or high for 4 hrs.

serve over rice or noodles.
